Located in Boston, Massachusetts, the Fenway Center is a state-of-the-art building project consisting of extensive laboratory, office, and retail spaces, as well as public pathways and amenities.

The building is built on a special podium next to the Boston Red Sox’s iconic Fenway Park, serving as the inspiration for the name. Mubien and Workshop Built were commissioned to create the Fenway Center’s visual identity.

Inspired by the city and the building and its location in the city, the color palette represents Boston’s emblematic red bricks, the building's materials, and the Red Sox’s stadium, “The Green Monster”.

As part of the identity system, the “FC” monogram, also inspired by the Boston Red Sox, represents a baseball pennant built with bricks, including at the bottom the shape of the building in a subtle way.

Fenway Center’s new visual identity with its color and essence is a tribute to the city of Boston and of course the Red Sox.

The visual brand became viral on the internet providing a lot of exposure and recognition to the project.

“Mubien worked with us on various real estate branding and marketing projects. Their work included website development, video production, branding, marketing, and logo design. I can’t say enough good things about them. They’re really focused and sharp. They customize the team and their work for each project. They’re also cost-effective. The team is great about working with a large company with multiple stakeholders. They always deliver on time and handle project management with ease.”
